Peace has lost its way to me

I scream screams no soul could ever hear 

I sleep with my eyes wide open,I breathe 

A heavy air filled with deadly grief 

 

I look for you everywhere I go 

In everything I see 

I look for you deep in me 

In my heart 

In my dreams 

I look for you

... Secretly 

 

 It's sadder than my words

Sadder than the night

Sadder than my forlorn memories

sadder than the dying light

Sadder than the aching dawn

Sadder than my painful dreams

Than the wails of bruised hearts

And tattered cries of fear

Sadder than you and me

Sadder than the autumn breeze

and the abondoned leaves

Sadder than my broken soul

Than this sickening song

 

Sadder than my sleepless nights

And my endless sleep

Sadder than the morning weeps

And my gushing tears 

Sadder than my life

Than my cries

And my hope that forever dies

Sadder than my screams

Falling foolishly for you
