Danse Macabre

Danse Macabre

A Poem by Floydina White

Save me from my sordid past
With stolen words and bad romance
Waiting for a spell yet cast
To end this horrid dance.

I am wondering if this is a little ode to the influences that have a key in your writing.
I see Stephen King and Lady Gaga...which, put together, would make this a very interesting little plea to escape the past.
But as we all know well...the past is always right behind you.

I like this though, it gives me something to ponder.
