He said, she said

He said, she said

A Poem by D S Rollins
"

You always hear one side of the story...

"
He said, you're silly

She said, he's cute.

He said you're smiley

He said, you're mute

Why don't we ever know the truth?

She said, you can't sing

He said, you can't cook

She said you'll never be a king

He said, you can't look (at him)

He said you're a virgin

She said, 'Yes, and proud'

He said 'I'll be your surgeon'

She said, 'Oh for crying out loud!'

They forever banter in the house they call home

The words that they have said, will continue to roam.

I've been in surroundings where I've heard 'Well, she said this and he said that' So just making my own dialogue...

XD Something so simple which we can relate to. The circling discussions of the usual, he said, she said. Nice and clean with a good banter, well done
