Push and shoveA Story by JessicaI don't really know if this is a story, more like a monologue really
I've been pushed, but then again who hasn't? I think an analogy of my self would be a tower of children's play blocks. When you play with them you can stack small blocks, big blocks, short blocks and tall blocks. But like everything it won't always stay like that. I mean the blocks can only be stacked to a certain point before it falls. What I mean is the blocks is everything that has been put on your shoulders. It can be things you put there for others, or what others have put on you. When kids are bumping and shoving each other around at times, there's always a chance that maybe someone is meaning to push you, considering that it mightn't be fully all for fun. You could be tripped or pushed down and usually it hurts when you bump upon a ground without expecting it. I'm not saying it kills you, but it was a big impact. Maybe the first fall didn't hurt so much, but you can only be shoved and fall a number of times. Eventually it will hurt, maybe to a point that you can no longer withstand. You may give up, but you might also nudge right back. I think what I'm trying to say is that sometimes we can only hold up so much inside us. It could range from teases, to ignorance, to judgement or even just how you're treated.
I just, I don't know. I feel that a lot people don't understand the complexity of personal feelings that others may hold within. Does this even make sense? I don't know. I know I'm not the only one out there, heck everyone probably feels this or not, again I don't know. Who does know? I guess it's just a journey we travel trying to figure out, but never really get an open answer. © 2014 JessicaAuthor's Note
