"Cattitude"A Poem by DeeLoves2Writehumorous poem
Meowing plaintively with plenty of cattitude When the dog came in, he snarled at me I hissed at him, and I thought "How rude!" "Just knock it off, you two!" our master said The dog glared at me; I stared and frowned I arched my back and my fur stood on end In my mind I said "Wait 'til I get this clown!" I pranced by, and he shot me a look ever so sly I felt dizzy; before I keeled over, I heard him quip "You'll be woozy; the prank I pulled was a doozy!" He'd laced my food with a heaping dose of catnip! © 2012 DeeLoves2Write |
