Cloud

Cloud

A Poem by DecentlyOkayWriter
"

up in the sky

"
the clouds are thick and heavy with the dreams of the weary
their colors, dark with millions of tears
their thunder, the cries far from cheery

the storm soon blows over, it's merely a fluke
it's long gone now, just puddles and wisps of nightmares
no more thunder to scare, no more lightening to spook

with a soft white exterior with soft satin lining
the atmosphere of picnics and bitter pears
they all accent the sun with it's light brightly shining

Far from nonsense: your words show heavenly scenes and their feelings.. especially the second stanza.
Thank you so much for accenting the sun with its light brightly shining
