Nine

Nine

A Poem by DecentlyOkayWriter
"

while the clock reads nine

"
wish on a star
I won't be far
I'll fix your scars
If you play your guitar
I'll listen to your rhymes
and forget how you cried
when the clock struck nine
and begged to be fine.
If only you were mine
I'd only lie
About how I wouldn't die
To get my own chance to cry
but I'm only some guy
Only worthwhile while the clock reads nine
