Your BeckonA Poem by Debra Stevens Edwards (debby)Just a little prayer
Your Beckon
Lighten my Heart with Your Love, mercy and Compassion. Ease pain that keeps me home, so I can't witness with passion. As well as being a beckon Of light to those who are lost. I'm Your miracle, years with a needle in my arm, Death the cost. They said six months, five years at the very best. Well that was ten years ago full of Your peaceful rest. So until You are Ready to take me home with You. I will be an example of what love can truly do I will be Your beckon burning as brightly as I can. Praise and thanks as I reach out to my fellow man. Witnessing for You Lord on how to forgive Then Read Your words for a new way to live. In Jesus Holy name Amen Debra Edwards September 17, 2008 © 2008 Debra Stevens Edwards (debby) |
