It Warms My Heart.

It Warms My Heart.

A Poem by Debra Stevens Edwards (debby)
"

A new love.

"

Warms My Heart

Winter snow all around

In my heart, spring abounds.

Seasons greetings on every lip

Glad tidings while eggnogs sipped.

While blooms a love that gently sings

New love and the joy it always brings.

Frosted windows and firelights glow.

As loves, passions flare and seem to grow.

The warmth of you’re touch and tender kiss

Reminds me of the joys I so surely do miss.

So Merry Christmas may each heart be filled

With the joy of promises abundantly fulfilled.

Moreover, each pain gently healed and taken                           away.

So that each find comfort in loves promise                        everyday.
