Heartless

I wrote this when I was in a dark place. Again, i'm not very good, and not as nearly as good as my bestie Chelsea, but I try ^^

I wish I knew what to say

You used to take the pain away

But I guess that day’s gone astray

 

It’s my fault anyway, I did this to you

And I wish I knew,

Just how I could help you put together the clues

 

But you’re different now, you don’t need me

You have others to keep you happy

If you really do care, then show me

 

I guess it’s my fault, I don’t know

My feelings for you, I wish I could show

Without you hurting, although

 

Your delight makes me happy, so

I guess I should let you go

Even though I’m heartless, just so you know

 

I’ve torn people’s hearts, made them want to die

It kills me that I made you cry

It makes my tears dry

 

I wish we were the same as before

Laughing, loving, and nothing more

But things change, sometimes better for

Just so you know, you ARE as good as me, probably even better. Dont put yourself/writing down. Well written, and just so you know, you are not heartless :) In this there is a lot of blame, to yourself.I like how it's layed out, like a letter type ordeal. Nice ^_^

Sometimes when you're in a dark place writing can help you get out of it. You write quite well and you have a nice flow going. Nice write.
