The FireA Poem by Death's Poet
Within my soul rages on a fire
Not one of love, but of fierce desire A fire of righteous indignation That sparks this loner's isolation This fire burns in search for change To bring unity to those both average and strange I fear this fire may soon consume me whole For each bully, each suicide, each crime adds a coal I fear the fire will never cease, though I pray I'm wrong For all my fire wants, is humans to get along
