A Poem by Hide From God

It's one o'clock and I'm out in the cold
There's nowhere left to go
Walking through these empty streets
Gets me thinking of all those times we had
Now you're gone and I'm all alone

Memories flooding my head
Seeing all the good with the bad
These are the days for which we live
Gotta live each day like it's your last

Familiar places as I walk by
Each one holds something to me
Hanging with the boys or drinking alone
Can't ever forget all those times we had
It feels so cold when you're away from home

Memories flooding my head
Seeing all the good with the bad
These are the days for which we live
Gotta live each day like it's your last

This is me
This is who I am
This is where I'm from
This is all I know
Now it's time to go
