This is how I used to be

I can't stop crying
For all I feel is sadness.
I can't calm down
For all I feel is anger.

I can't smile
For I am not happy.
I can't laugh
For I feel no joy.

I can't love
For I have no heart.
I can't care
For I have no soul.

I can't feel
For I am empty.
I can't speak
For I have no emotion.

I can't trust
For it has been broken.
