Fly Away

Tell me again it's not the same. 

Tell me it all has changed. 

Shoot me out the sky once more,

And let me burn in flames. 

 

I've walked down this path before 

I've walked along the line. 

How long until I walk the path

And make myself feel fine?

 

I know I've done all I can

I know I shouldn't try. 

But why abandon broken wings

When they still make me fly?

That part especially speaks to me. That just made my day, it woke me up! It's a good attitude to have, the will to go on, to fight until you can not any longer. So few people have that!
