Old Love, Dead FriendA Poem by FJS98
I've known it for long but kept it buried inside.
It no longer joys me it know that you've tried. You wear these masks like you're at a ball, And I've fought all the facts like they didn't matter at all. But now that is at an end. I'm tired of crawling and playing pretend. I don't know you and I'll never say I do. For behind those masks Is " I don't know who" The friend I knew had messed up my head. But worry no longer, that friend is dead. © 2014 FJS98Author's Note
