The trees,

The sky,

The birds singing to the clouds.

They are

Insignificant.

But not today.

Not today!

Today is a good day.

Today is the day I will

Smile and laugh

And MEAN it.

Today is the day I will

Run to the edge,

Throw my arms in the air.

And yell “I love you”

And mean it to everyone

Who hears.

Today is the day

I will sing

Every song on the radio

And drive around

Just to feel the wind in my hair.

Haha, Im not really sure where this one came from, just sort of popped into my head.
Theres no symbolism, it just is what it is :)
