I’m crying all the time

I’m all torn up inside

I need someone to say;

“It’ll be okay”

To listen as I tell them the real story of that day

I need someone to notice

My heart that’s all torn up and broken

I need someone to pull me in a hug

Just to show their love

I need someone to ask me

Why I’m no longer laughing

I want to know the day

That this pain will go away

I want to know why

The memories won’t die

I want to know how

I let myself down

          But

Above everything…

I want to know why

No one notices when I cry

Very nice heartfelt write. The breakup is always hard. New friends, companions will replace the old memories. Very often, someone is noticing they might just be too afraid to say.
