Collage.A Story by Taylor KellanVery sporadic, and obviously no plot line... Just a bunch of rants, lines, and phrases that I was messing with.Words like intoxication. Love like sin to the surface. Two minds created by a single lie, but engaged by thought of a better world. My love has no regrets. But my mind has burnt deeply the image of your silhouette. Let yourself seek knowledge through my pain. Let the blind see through my fingers tonight. Kiss me with the lips that after tonight have lost their taste. Your heart had once been the lullaby that sang me gently to sleep, but now it’s just the melody to your dancing lies. Trying to see the world through your clouded eyes. Where beauty has no definition, and pain is just the beginning of a story untold. Your name speaks the beginning of my story, my soul bleeding on paper. The name, I would take a hail of bullets just the hear the collision. Rise, for my pain has given me the strength to see through the clouds of the darkest nights that you have left me in. Blinded and confused, your hatred has now come to good use. Feel me, Tomorrow for you holds a brighter sun. Hear me, hands shaking and jaw clenched. See me, for what has been broken, will rise again. But lesson learned, the best have yet to suffer. The ones that ignorantly play in confidence, will burn as fast as they caught fire. Your fingertips tremble, for the sweat that appears speaks louder than last night’s struggle. Headstrong, runs fast in a world of broken mentality. But sweetheart, reality has a game set aside for you. Walk blindly, for the fall will leave you just as breathless as you left me. But darling, give me your hand, I’ll give my heart, if it’ll give you strength to stand. But hush don’t cry, this is the sound of our bittersweet lullaby.
