darkness beyond you

darkness beyond you

A Poem by Dead lover

Look into my eyes tell me what you see.

Tell me how you fell.

Let me know I'm not alone in this world.

You can't can you?

Because You look right thru me.

see me as nothing.

When will you look at me.

I need you.

I need your kiss.

You touch.

Your eyes looking into mine.

Your smile brining the sun from hiding.

Maybe I'm in to deep.

I have only spoke to you a few times.

I see you I grin.

You see me, you turn away.

I know you now hate me.

I know I still am in love with the pain of being yours.

Maybe thats why I want you.

The pain is magical inside of me.

Is it wrong or right?

You ruined me.

Tainted my soul. I did nothing but love you.

And you fucked that all up.

Saying that I love you can mess up my progress.

So I will not.

I will walk away.

Turn my back this time.

So how do you feel now.?

really great poem, so deep yet powerful. one of those poems that made me look back and think. i especially loved the ending where you stated a question, i always think that doing that demands attention once more. great job. :)

Wow! Such deep emotion in this,
well expressed though.
