Chapter 1

The night's chilling air was wisp against my face. I knew I was being followed and thats just what I wanted, but they didn't have to know what I was and what I wanted their time would be ending soon and I didn't care or even atempt to give them any emotion and that's the way it was, the way it had to be. I turned feign a look of shock as I see the man running towards me. Once he got close enough so I could tell it was the target I pulled the gun from my thigh and shot him in the head between the eyes that way I knew he was dead.

"Quick and easy kill." I mumbled to myself, sad realy but I gotta do what boss says to.

I loaded the body into a garbage bag and though him in the hole I dug earlier. Once I finnished burreing the body, I walked over to where my black 2012 Kawasaki Ninja was. I drove back to HQ or as I like to call it, Home. Yup that's right I live in the agency head quaters. When I arrived at the house I parked my bike in the garadge along with the other 17 cars and other vehicles.

"Ziva, where the hell were you?" My mothers voice ecoed though the cement room

"On the mission Dad sent me on" I retorted in a 'duh' voice I'll get hell for that

"Don't talk to me in that tone of voice young lady" She screached the lines on her face becoming more prominent, her eyebrows raising into her weat blond bangs.

"Ok, what ever" I said not realy careing what she said

sighing she replyed "Your father is in his office as always"

"Thank you" I said as I started to walk by her she grabbed my arm I turned my head to face hers but she was looking at the floor

"I'm just worried about you and I love you" she said looking up to look me in the eye

"I know, Love you too" I said moving as soon as her hand dropped.

I passed many other agents who didn't have parents or were run aways.I walked up the main staircase and headed to the huge black dobble doors to my fathers office. I didn't care to knock, I just walked right in and saw dad laying on the floor. I rushed over to him and dropped to my knees. Tears welling in my eyes I screamed.

"HELP, SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!!" I yelled and many of the agents ran in some had their cellphones in hand daliing the hospital. With tears running down my cheeks. The paramedics got there with in munites and took him away.I guess Xander had just got the news becouse he burst through the doors his long black hair everywhere. Once his grey blue eyes found me he rushed to my side and enveloped me in a hug.

 

"I came as fast as I could when I got the news. What happend?" He asked his voice coated with worry and conscern.

 

"I-i-i-I d-d-don't know" I wailed crying into his sholder

 

He held me in his arms and let me cry and wispered that it would be alright into my ear. Once my crying had settled down a bit, he helped me up and we got in his black, leather interier mercadies, and spead out of the driveway heading to St. Mark's Hospital in Harper, NY. When we arrived at the hospital the hole agency was there except the ones who where on missions or with the kids. My Mom rushed over and empraced me in a very tight hug and we stood there in the middle of the lobby hugging with her crying her eyes out like me just twenty munites earlier.

 

"How is he?" I asked in a whisper

 

"We don't know yet." She replied also whispering

 

"Where is Landon at?"

 

"Right here." a deep voice came from behinde mother

 

I let go of mom and looked behind her to see My older brother, Landon. I ran to him and wrapped my arms around him.

 

"I missed you so much" He said kissing my forhead

 

"Back at you" I mummbled into his chest. he was hugging me so hard he squished my nose up against his chest.

 

"Your squishing me" I said. He let go of me and kissed my for head. A man in a white coat with black script writing on the left pocet

 

"I'm Dr.Hark, I'm sorry to tell you but-
