Silent Satisfaction

Silent Satisfaction

A Poem by Dylan Rhodes
"

Touch, Feel, Embrace, Deny

"
Touch
Feel
Embrace
Deny

Sensation crawling through
Like a hand on your chest
Seeping up and over you
Opening up and pouring lust
An aroma of a tender song
With words that glisten
To whom your body belongs
A vessel for its poison

Touch the inner tendency

Lose your constant
Fall to pieces
Let the music set in
Release you conscience
Leaning over you
I taste the flow
Chilling nerves turn blue
We soon will know

Feel the rhythm flowing

Seduction overcomes
Settling at the core
Purple and green shows
You want so much more
Learning to swim in the sea
Of relaxation and leisure
Ride the rate of speed
That you turn pain to pleasure

Embrace the frequency

Come to notice now
You've come so far
There's no way but down
Your high is gone
Disbelief in reality
Fall all the way through
Rummaging for its vitality
It will find its way back up soon

Deny ever knowing
