This book are for those who want to know their self better, learn how to break bad habits and shift them into new habits that will bring you happiness.
We live in a world today where we are programmed to live the “American way.” Work, pay bills, party and do it all over again. When we get into that mindset we stop taking time for ourselves which can lead to us feeling alone, depressed, and angry.
Labeling by sections I will discuss methods and information that if taken seriously and done with a passion can lead you on the right path to becoming a better version of yourself.
These methods either helped or are helping me and I just want to share them with others who are also looking for that reason to show up everyday.
