Where Water Meets The Shore

Where Water Meets The Shore

A Poem by Daytonight
"

A love poem.

"

The gentle rolling of the tide
lapping on the shore
echoes our hearts beating
something we can't ignore.

The rushing flowing bubbles
lapping at our feet
reminding us of warmth of love
and kisses ever sweet.

The setting of the sun
bringing on the night
caught in each other's arms
holding each other tight.

The fragrance of the ocean
the saltiness of the sea
reminding us how vast our love
was always meant to be.

So here where water meets the shore
in a world of our own making
let us always stay like this
a wondrous love, ours for the taking.

LOVELY!!! The gentle tides, the whispering wind, the setting sun, the salty tang in the air; what beautiful imagery here!!! And the tow of you holding each other tight; a love that was meant to be, a love that will last forevermore!!!!

Now I will never look at waves crashing on the shore the same way again, the use of nature to express the turmoil that is passion is beautiful and creative, keep em' coming
