My Destiny

A love poem.

From the moment I was born

it was my destiny

to spend my life loving you 

and you in return loving me.

Each and every second

everything that I went through

was always guiding me

to my destiny with you.

The world revolves 

because you make it turn

the sun shines in the sky

because of you it burns. 

I would hang the stars

that shine bright in the night

to express my love

each a reason you're my delight.

My whole life has been

a testimony of my love to you

my heart an open book

that reads of love so true.

If there was only one thing

I could do before I die

it would be to show the world

how high you're love makes me fly.

I love the final two stanzas the most, as are we not all open books to our loved ones always writing there our innermost fears and sweetest emotions. Love it, keep em' coming
