A love poem written in my own style from my heart.

When I think of the day we spent together

all I can think of are corny and cheesy phrases

like

you took my breath away

you are a dream come true

you made my heart skip a beat

I want to write 

something fresh 

something new and exciting

but the words won't come

because I am still 

lost in your depths

floating away

in the 

sea of our love

the warmth

I felt 

oozing from you

when you smiled

and that dimple appeared

when your eyes twinkled

and seemed to have

a light source all their own.

You made me

so very happy

the happiest

I have been

in a very 

long 

time.
