My Heart Croons

A heart's love song

With each breath I breathe

with each beat of my heart

my feelings get stronger

as my love it imparts.

 

My pulse skips a beat

with each thought of you

jumping and leaping

from excitement it's true.

 

If you listen carefully

you will be able to hear

just how wonderful you are

and how so very dear.

 

For my heart cries

all of my feelings out loud

that wing their way to you

far above any crowd.

 

My heart beats in time

keeping step and in tune

with every beat of your heart

to you it will croon.
