The Pastor on the RidgeA Poem by Dayranby Dayran
It's conventional to think that its about good, But have you recently visited with your pastor? Was a man on the balance between good and bad, Is today the one who combines the two, optimization, Of our opportunities as a social experience. A man who serves god constantly reminds himself Of his role as man. Beyond that is someone not unknown, But the man brings a refrain to the relations. From the days when Moses described HIM as cruel, To these days of strategic savy and past good, The god relation is naturally a testy one to all. On such an account, we find the hallmarks intriguing Of a good man who represents the office of pastor. He would speak in a soft to shrill voice. That's anxiety, But he would also talk fast, that's a little different, It's because he represents both the good and practical. He wears a frown these days because the gay issue Will not go away and compels us to understand it, And also because public nudity is on the increase, Along with the greater popularity of nudists camps, As the traditional roles of family changes character, In ways in which it is highly charged with anxiety. Where the father appears inclined to Protestanism, The mother is most likely to favor Catholism. Hence the very curious position of the Pastor, On the narrow ridge of experience and public view. Any leaning to either side may be potentially harmful. To strive to succeed, the man must involve further, In the daily affairs of his membership, god's congregation, And to keep a sense of humor. HE is watching.
