Infinity

Infinity

A Poem by Dayran

A constantly moving experience pauses to look at itself,

In the emanation, it saw itself as a picture of the self,

And stored the picture in itself, in the celt of passions,

Thereafter it engaged itself to produce physical forms,

From the fish to the birds and then to man, but then,

The view from man presented something different,

Which man borrowed from the celt to do so,

In the process, adapting it as the experience of the human,

In words, in the nature of relations and of man's desires.

Creating a world to do it in, dividing against himself,

One part still in the experience of the emanation,

Adding on to its own past experiences of the self,

Another part to view itself as the designer and creator,

Come to reflect of itself with the other, to give the other a name,

And to relate to it as man, in a play with the children,

Then the sensuality of the genders, its attraction for itself,

Thereafter to redeem itself as the one, in an entire perfection.

Until then, as man, we view the infinity of the forms of the self,

And wonder about our limitless desires, which is the true home.

You'll have to give me a little time. I'm still recovering from the previous great desire.
