The Osirian CultureA Poem by Dayran
One of the early models of the human experience,
Osiris, the brother and husband of Isis of Egypt,
Borrowed from the world of the anima, in adaptation
To the human experience, as our first institution,
Of society and the statement of man as the Lord of Beast.
It is an experience we engaged to separate the many parts,
Of what we are in the principal activities of our condition.
There is the mind, the heart and the species impulse,
That primarily forms the foundation of our perceptions.
Then there's the sexual activity that forms the socialization.
In the context of these, we must be wondering about us,
How we bring a coherent understanding to what we do,
How we communicate so that others may understand us.
The experience leads to a reunification of the original act.
Here we are today, examining parts of the experience,
And what do we see? Are we refining it for human values?
There are obviously differences but in what way?
At heart is the issue of the division of the state and church,
Then there's the gender division, viewed by one person,
How do we bring ourselves to see? We could borrow.
There's grandpa, Bidayah and Shin. Surely we recognize them.
Engaging them is the human individual, with knowledge.
Lyon took down an Osiris. Osiris took down a Dayran,
Dayran healed himself with knowledge. He broke the circle,
That which perpetuates the blood letting, causing the other two,
Lyon and Osiris to go into marble where they are today.
Lyon knows there can be only one, but how is the play?
Its an issue of species selection, adaptation for survival,
When will we stop seeing it an a response of the ego?
The survivor brings a new species stronger, smarter than before.
The losers learn to re-adapt and intuit the species later.
In the meantime Lyon carries the blueprint in his head.
More than a national treasure or a road map to peace anywhere,
At least until science figures a way to make it clear to all.
