They had a fight

They had a fight

A Poem by Dayran

They had a fight over the child,

Father, mother..interest of daughter,

The father lost and was banished,

Or some semblance thereof,

Back again on the game of marbles,

When are they going to lose it,

Nobody knows. What...what..is it..

That grandma used to say?...I forget,

But the witch is gone and hopefully,

The ....kids...kids...life is going to be OK.

The world as family in the mind of one man who, in an extraordinary coincidence, finds it resembling his own family. Nice write!
