The Golden ChersoneseA Poem by DayranIts a place
So did Ptolemy describe the area in South East Asia in times ago, Where Jason and the brave argonauts came to seek the golden fleece, Fought the shredding dragon guarding it and slew the beast with song, Met his true and lovely innamorata and took her home to fair Greece. By nature's will, to its twin, the Chersonese in the north Black sea, Was born the twelve brothers of Ptah and Gaia, the earth mother, The tale unfolds, of the brothers helping one another to rebuild, A world Mahimorata of smoke and mirrors in a heart that's blue. Together the two Chersoneses come to unite and free the world, Their love for one another build a passionate vision of the one life, To inspire the hearts and minds of men who toil with unswerving faith, Their bodies on the cross, their minds in the flames, bind to the cause. Methinks and Youthinks came to help and wobbled with itself, But a choice they had none, but to proceed on its course with fun, Had always wished to make the world a better place to live, A life that's cool and fulfills all that our hopes and promises see. © 2012 DayranReviews
