![]() Neo ClitusA Story by Dayran![]() Its not the Clitoris![]() Clitus Maximus Octavia was a Roman soldier … ( 107 " 42 bc ) … whose life came to a peak … in the rule of the emperor Julius Caesar. The soldier was born a woman … but in the course of a lifestyle … in the Roman society … she grew up with the mannerisms of a man … and found a special interest in the arts of warfare. She didn't disguise herself as a man … on the contrary … her gender was accepted without protests by the male community … and she was a close companion of … the famous Roman senator … Cicero.
My source … for this … is an unusual one … and is not the conventional academic tradition that we rely upon for these matters. I received this account from the halls of Sandor … ( see As I ) … where the varied variety of its membership … is testament to accounts of lives … not otherwise … well known. It presents a curious experience for me … as I bring a profound respect to the membership at Sandor … and accept the word I receive as truth.
I'm doing this … despite the fact that I've gone terribly wrong before … due to my trust and full faith in the word of Sandor. But in returning to it … I'm faced with a dilemma … and my hesitancy does not go unnoticed by the members of Sandor. So they ask me what's wrong. I respond by saying that I checked the encyclopedia for confirmation of the story but there was no information available on a mere soldier in the Roman army. Plutarch makes no mention of it in the ... Life of Cicero ... other than to refer to his love affairs. And so they … tell me to prepare myself for what they are about to tell me.
There's a special criteria … a person … must be familiar with … in his engagement of Sandor. That relates to words … meaning … and the manner of life existing in previous times … as compared to life today. Much of the time … Sandor communicates with the light … nuances … and cues … as to what they represent as reports. Unfortunately … we make contact with Sandor as a child … and thereafter … grow up with much the same attitude … to deal with it … as a fond father … who is guiding us.
Turns out that … what Sandor provided as information regarding the Roman soldier … is that … its a feminine oriented gender … that's the backbone of the actual Roman soldier. Her part consists … in bringing to the man … the experience of his male virility … and strong propensity to physical activity. How that came to be mixed with the identity of the male … is a matter … our society today … is finding out … in many different ways.
However … in respect of Clitus … a specific Roman soldier … Sandor brought a bunch of nuances to me … that seemed to confirm that she was an actual Roman soldier … in military service. She was reported to have had an extraordinarily large clitoris … that she engaged as a prick … in her sexual relations with Cicero. The report continues to state that … it had a tremendous impact on Cicero … and helped him avoid the chaotic debauchery of the Roman elite … and preserved him in an unusually clear frame of mind as regards … his handling of issues.
How did I discern all this from Sandor? Am I satisfied that it represents … something that may resemble … what actually took place? I can say this. The mix of feminine qualities with the Roman soldier … at a time when history records the culture of the Amazons … and our present social perceptions … is not too hard to accept. That Cicero was preserved in that way … by an alternative opportunity … for his pleasures … and its influence on his personality … seems reasonable.
How did I obtain the dates on the soldier? They hint … at the fact that … she had to be older … to stay free of any control by Cicero. And her death after Cicero … is largely due to her loss of will at life … after Cicero's death … a year earlier. It feels a little like … Conan Doyle's depiction of his fictional character … Sherlock Holmes … in the way that attentiveness and observation … can bring very detailed accounts of information … in our daily lives … in respect of what we do.
The issue of managing … Sandor … in our lives is certainly a dilemma. Its a matter of … being dammed if you do … and dammed if you don't. We apply such discernment … everyday of our lives … in all we do … and sometimes … it grows into something large … in the nature of our personality … and we don't stop to think if its all right. Today … in the information age … we figure perhaps that some … mild skepticism … and being informed on common sense issues … will help us … alleviate any possible difficulties … in the matter.
Where do we fail in our management of it? I think its in the way … we grow self assured … the reputation we cultivate in society … the accolades we receive … and the trust brought to us by personal relationships. Even though we remain vigilant … does our lifestyle eventually persuade us that … we are bring too fussy? Do friends create a persuasion in the matter … and tell us to stop being a … fuddy-duddy? Do we then … on our own … let go of the usual focus of mind … that we practice as personality?
And what does all these have to do with the clitoris? I have to say … it was entirely coincidental … to the main account of what lies in these experiences. Suffice to say … we must pay attention to little details … in our experience of our personality. Obviously … more research in this area … would be very revealing. It promises us a neo or nouveau experience … of that which we think may have gone … terribly wrong.
