Generic Man

Its a term … based on the abbreviation I coined … SI … the sexual impulse. It helps me to avoid the usual term … the legends apply to it … eros. Along with that I have started to avoid words like Adonais … Yahweh … Krishna … so that I'm not borrowing from the old bards … ( see Bad Bart ). Our new perceptions of our experiences … need to rely on words in the current slang or scientific application. Its important when cultivating new perceptions … to break from the old ties of the former Bards … for we seek to engage the passion of the present times.

The phonetic relation to SI … by the term … As I … is a useful one … and when applied with proper discernment of the issues … has helped me to re-activate the enthusiasm of my SI impulses. The ' I ' referred to … is the generic identity of progeny … and has no doubt centrifuged … in our passions … to adapt … and change to the new thinking. It has in a sense been reborn … after the attacks of nervous collapse … I experienced … in the 80s. He helps me regain my contact with the past … and to rework the message of the old bards.

In doing so … I come to the old familiar gate … by a fondness … a suggestion … or perhaps a former intensity of experience … that cajoles me into thinking … I was in a former life … the bard in the court of King Chandragupta Maurya. It feels a little like … Chuck Heston … running around in Egyptian cottons … as the venerable Moses. But past the early discomfort … it is possible to … make contact with the values and principles of those ancient times … and deal with the man … and the perceptions encountered.

But the gate is cast in marble today … and will not lend itself to respond to the mere whims … of a modern day … academic … playful on occasion … and excited at the prospect of making a name for himself. So they put me through a ringer of sorts … and extract a promise from me … that I would apply it … in goodfaith and goodwill … for the benefit of the world. My assent once given … is carved in marble.

I represent an alternative experience of man … the Gods … the world and the universe today. And in the encounters I make … I speak of change … in places … that first awoke to the light of the stars … the creation of the earth … the birth of trees … and tell them about the human dreams … with regards to the continuity of our creative endeavors. We trade information … knowledge … and our expectations of the future. And then some days later … I receive an inspiration through my dreams … that gets me to weave into their fabric of plans … my own.

Its a place that's in the realm of the sexual impulses … before their encounter with the mighty ego. Its a place of calm sedate awareness and affection … for all things in creation. And in strolling through the place … I bring my understanding to issues … as if to say … its so obvious … in as much a calm manner … as that which they practice. Sometimes I have to provide a report … based on factual natures and information … I currently encounter.

While I base my views on the development of the human condition … I notice sometimes … that others have come along with me … to present their versions … of what the world needs are regarding the future. This includes … views that are founded on the random … rely on negotiation … are dream based … scientifically validated … or the special qualities of divine madness. I encounter in the experience … the principle of the Mahat … meaning the most high … from which the name … Mahatma is derived.

Persian writings refer to someone … they call the … Ma'at. Christian … to the most high. It has the ambiance of angels … while I … a former working stiff … struggle in tentative fashion … in front of the most profound and formidable array … of men of goodfaith over the ages. Indics sometimes refer to it as the … Sandor … or the council of the elders. I realize then … that my own decorum and manner … has been trained over the years … by these folks themselves.

My own rebirth … after the nervous collapse episodes … had returned me to the fetal state … before I worked to grow by my own understanding to my present adult condition. And it presents me with a new experience to find that … my peers in … Sandor … are representative … of all manner of specie … including seed … soft shell … hard shell … mammalian anima … mammalian human … and the marsupial. And then there's some more. So I confine myself simply to the human condition.

I realize that … of critical importance … to the exercise … is the original nature of the content … that I represent as knowledge and experience. It makes me almost grateful … for the way the nervous collapses … shook every pretense … mimicry … copycat attitudes … and defenses that I had previously relied on. And as a result … I feel a welcome among them … as an equal … in a scheme of creation … that is constantly changing.

In my encounters with my friends … both here in WC and at my home … I realize that they are all in contact with … Sandor … in their own way … expressed in ways very different from what I'm doing. On occasion the bards here … have my heart racing … when I am viewing their writes … and I wonder if they know … they express … something of the most profound and timely … with regards to the most high. Kawabonga!

Of course … that comment above would mean something … if I was in some way … having an authentic experience of the same. I certainly hope so … but a person doesn't name himself to it. He seeks the … assurance of the … As I. The old bards called it … I am. Zen refers to it as … is. It makes me realize how much things may have changed … but I figure I'll know it when I see it.
