For The GipperA Story by DayranThe Game MakerA student of humanity … comes to many affectations … that draws on the strings of his heart … and renders it … touched by the acts of human courage and valor. He views the joys and expectations of life … and even when such life is stricken with tragedy … views the magnificent volition of humanity's qualities … to smile in the face of injury and disaster. Its the greatest statement we make … regarding our will for the continuity of our way of life.
Christopher Reeves … experienced a personal tragedy … and handled the matter with great equanimity of purpose … relying as he did … on the spirit of the human condition … as the deathless friend of man. The Brits call it … ' good form ' … and when such a person … is an integral part of the public experience of society … they eventually become an icon of such positive messages … in the lives of people.
They illustrate the continuity of our purpose … and form the instrument of such representation of qualities. The Indics refer to the vast field of qualities as … Kulam … and thereafter … the creation of the loka … or domain concept … as Gokula … meaning the manifestation of such qualities in form. They named the individual living in the Loka … as Gopala … where the word … pal … refers to milk qualities.
Hence the early Indic references to the human … was as … ' milk influenced by the eros qualities of excitation.' In watching the Superman movies … my impulses were moved by the unhesitating acts of valor … engaged by the hero … in saving humanity from the dangers that threatened its survival. Its a simple concept … brought to the screen … in the popular versions of the experiences of society … in these times.
However in the experience of such presentations … we also bring into our concerns … the personality of the actor in the role of the hero … and are subject to such impressions … as may be borrowed from the acts of the hero. And in man's experience of the reality of his life … we maintain a division of the qualities we have experienced in the eros natures … and refer to them … in the correct representation of their value to humanity's experience of the world.
In the experience of God and the qualities of divinity … we engage something similar … in the way we express … and experience … the qualities that accompany our lives in the living. The Indics refer to the qualities of dharma … as being intrinsic in the nature of creation. At the same time … we experience the political administration of democratic ideals … as representing the equality of all man. And where the qualities are experienced as … kulam … and the man representing them are experienced as … Gopala … we come to a curious mix of inquiries.
A young football player … who was an important part of the iconic experience of people … falls to tragedy … but motivates his fellows to … ' win one for the Gipper.' Its an experience that brings together … the kulam and Gopala … and creates the one and same impulse of inspiration … for the acts that man performs. This has been the usual practice of man … that we evolved into culture … and has comprised … holy men … Kings … soldiers … and certainly movie stars. But the line that separates the two … continues to grow wider.
Today … in the world's experience … in our encounters with the … loss of faith … this would certainly … serve to remind us of the relations between the two representations of qualities. Its the stuff of inquiries raised by young men in love … and the ambitions of political leaders … intent on serving their duties well. A similar concern accompanies the thinking man in society … who is keen to understand himself … and to bring a fair view … to the public image of governance … and its relation to the experience of faith in our lives.
As models of government … we have come to view many … that have represented the qualities of the … kulam … in relation to the conduct of man. It has produced much in the nature of improvements and advancement of such a representation. In our present experience of government … and leadership of the world … there is much that continues to inspire and test the wills of young men and women … in the conduct of their lives. We have also brought new ways of expressing such perceptions of our experiences.
In addressing ourselves to our passions … and the mind that we bring to it … we no doubt … create an expression of our perceptions … in a manner that's suited to existing views . Such views may be popular … or emphasize the true … but we do need to make one … so that our passions are coherent to us. What many seem to do is to … create an indifference … or swim amidst the images produced by our legends … and keep that apart from the manifestation of such legends in the world's experience.
Its no doubt the height of self-management … and involves an understanding of God and man … in the way our lives unfold themselves. But its here … and it asks us to apply ourselves to understanding it. Its a marriage of the unconscious and the conscious … kept stable by the lucid experience of the sub-conscious … as to what is physical and that which is of our visions. And looking for the … Gipper … in the fray … has grown into a popular pastime. © 2015 Dayran |
