The Glory

Pennies from Heaven

"

For those of you who have experienced the light of glory … at some point in your lives … I can't say much more … other than to create a reminiscence … of its power and hail to life. Its a grace … that beams a soft light … onto our dreams … and reminds us of the highest … in our endeavors. It moves to assure us of its promise … and persuades us to double our efforts … for its achievement. It hints at possibilities … and motivates the man for the cultivation of such possibilities … in our societies.

In the translation of such suggestions … man has at various times in our societies … brought the proposal of schemes … that seeks to harness the power of glory … into our daily lives. Each of these schemes … relies on its own application … its own needs … in the time and place of its founding. Its greatest achievement … has been in the area of faith … and the founding of the religious doctrines … serve to demonstrate aspects of its contribution.

In our individual lives … the experience of glory brings a personal note … of being special … a deserving … and the affirmation of our worth. We translate such experiences … into a cause for the world's society … and apply ourselves to its guides. At all such points … man experiences a powerful … impact on his subtle senses … of the touch of the glory … and sometimes carries that into several lives. On occasions such as these … we review our experiences of such conditions in man … and attempt to bring a greater coherence of its effects.

In general … we observe two specific effects of such an experience. At a new point of contact … its impact is discernible … and in a new society … such as the founding of the American Republic … its brought a new forge of proposals. The second effect … is its living nature … in the man … expressed as volition … dharma … and the avant-garde of neo-decorums. These take some physical effort … struggle … and accomplishment … and it draws into its assistance … the great possibilities of mind for its achievement.

And in applying our minds to the task … we are introduced to its nature … and it reveals itself as joy … fun … love … and the special enthusiasm to experience as much of life … in all its possibilities. It induces dreams … hopes … and expectations … some of which are powerful in itself to drive the wheels of social organization. Beyond that … it consolidates such experiences … into a stable long-term design … for the continued prosperity … and well being of man.

We find in its workings … the suggestion of its power of progeny … and in the way it may have founded life … manifested in the trees … anima … and man. It expresses itself in such forms … in a consistency of purpose … for the birth and refinement of life … and for its ultimate glory. We sometimes discern an intelligence in its workings … as if it is being … and sometimes it offers to the inquiring mind … an association with the personality of such a being. How we translate that opportunity … sometimes brings us to great wrought of mind and heart.

This is especially so in situations … where it births an individual … so perfect in form and looks … fair and handsome … and given to a nature that is filled with happiness. We have no doubt encountered such people … in the world's public persona. They are strong … well built … and they draw to themselves … the attention of the public … for causes that are for the public good. UNESCO draws from a list of celebrities …  ambassadors for unpopular causes … such as poverty and disabilities … to seek greater attention to issues.

In the tests we all go through … its not unusual to find in its bundle of packages … the tug-of-war … between the remnants of glory … its past achievements … its fall … and the movement to regain itself. Such evidence of these initiatives … to rise again … engages us in our own present encounters … and where we can no longer cast it aside … we go back to take a look at them. It speaks to us again … in our new bodies … and cast a new light on its nature … in respect of the future.

It seldom repeats its past achievements … where such achievements are associated closely with the circumstances … time … and organization of opportunities. It makes an appeal for a new organization … and a new achievement of its form … qualities … and the potential of greater joy. And it does that with the fastidiousness of a mother … coupled with the bold thinking of a father. On occasion it challenges its own past conventions … and tears them apart … to make way for the new.

In encountering such a task … the modern man trained on sophism … sometimes finds that his thought flees in supplication … at the suggestion of challenge. It asks for much in the way it ought to be engaged. It takes a man … not only schooled in the daily chores of life … but also the classics … religion … a social manner … and a touch of the savage … in his personality. But most of all … he must have the courage of his convictions … and finish the job.

The Vasudeva … in his message suggested to his student … that a man's tears on such an occasion … are shed in ignorance. He should look to his duty in life. Where we are engaged in the responsibilities of family … work … and social engagements … we are bound to complete them fully. And while we are so engaged … we let the light of glory … guide our minds and heart … for ways in which we may fulfill our life plan … in the proper manner of accomplishment.

The light of glory beckons to all … no matter what our station in life. Every life is a part of the world's experience of progeny … and the continued evolution of man's natures. Its calling to us even as we speak.
