The God of the ElitistA Story by DayranChutzpahGenerally people don't like elitists. They have an attitude … keep a distance … and speak with a forced resignation … to others … whose concerns are the daily life of family and society. The elitist figures he is above all the petty details of life. Not his … the burdens of the masses … instead he feels he is charged with a special mission … that his intellect unfolds slowly in his experiences.
The fact that the elitist may also be an atheist … is seldom a matter of surprise. They bring their considerable intellect to bear on the issues … and are able to discern the invisible hand of creation as the laws of science. Karl Marx's … God as the opiate of the masses epitomizes that experience … which is not to deny the existence of God … but to suggest that we have not as yet discerned his existence.
It is absolutely right of course. What we have done to-date is to create an objectification of the instruments in the environment … that has served us in our need … and exalt them as divine. It is in relation to us … as humans … in the synaptic experience of our memories … that maintains an innocence regarding it … and claims to an unknown power in the universe … that loves us … in much the same way that mummy and daddy do.
Hence in coming to review the issue in our experience … we encounter a queasy sensation about the nature of our intentions … that contains an element of willful denial of simple faith. But in advancing beyond that point … the elitist discovers the python of creation … and the ever repeating experience of life in creation … that confounds the mind of observation. To that he brings the stamp of man's will … to dismiss everything he encounters as untrue … or accept everything as true. And on this horn of delimma … he rests his delicate views.
The quality has been the hallmark of Western man … and has spawned the mind of inquiry … science … and eventually the will of man in the creation process. But I fear the elitist shies away from a complete analysis himself … for fear that his view … still contains gaps. For to undertake a complete job … he must take on the entire Rama … and that may not be possible … at this time … on the basis of the limitations of our collective will … and the lack of complete documented knowledge in science.
Probability theory … identifies a domain … in which there is complete knowledge of all factors in the environment. What the atheist must therefore be wishing for is a domain the size of the universe … in which there is complete knowledge. And that raises some inquiries about his fulfillment. If we had complete knowledge of the universe … we'll apply ourselves … to study the intent and ambition of creation. But what or who is the force behind creation? Don't we have to create an objectification of a concept … like we do with the idea of God?
Perhaps the atheist refers to the way … we assume a relationship with God … as a wish fulfilling father … that grants us our desires. In that case … the atheist is observed to deal with the … attachment of affection … for objects … that do not have a basis in reality. In comparison science proves … on the basis of natural laws … the properties of objects … it raised in its own conceptualization. But what is the proof for God?
It ought to be concluded therefore … that the methodologies in science … are not presently capable of studying the God phenomenon. It must advance itself … to the study of different dimensions of human experience … dreams … imagination … love … and magic … and determine the nature of proof found in such fields … that support the God idea … where that proof may lie in the living chutzpah of the man.
However I expect that the elitist will concede … that in a domain the size of the world … the events that occur in our lives … is an effect that may be caused by the personality of an Adam in the US … Tom in Britain … Abdul in Saudi Arabia … Anand in India and Wong in China. And by that he allows the incredulous view that … all these personalities are in full knowledge of themselves … in some way … with which they create the collective reality of the world.
The absurdity of the view comes to shove the elitist … that not all people share his clinical and delicate view of experiences. So he waits for the perfect day. In his waiting he comes to the heart of his unique perceptions … that God must have created the universe … simply as one individual personality … much like the singular experience of the elitist. And it is here that the elitist faces his greatest moral dilemma … is he God?
His views at this point correspond entirely with the literature of the Indics … of the experience of a mysterious Vishnu … at the waters of creation … at the beginning of time. But the Indics cultivated an entire community of people … living the chutzpah lifestyle … to subscribe to the concept. In the case of the elitist … in the Western experience … by the nature of his individual and isolated volition on the issues … the issue appears preposterous. Its even worse when supported by his drinking cronies in the bar … it reduces it to ridicule.
The notion that we created ourselves … has to be viewed based on records over several ages … before it allows for such a suggestion. In response the Indics point to a collection of written works starting from about 2500 bce to the present … a total of 4500 years. In the context of the human experience … that suggests a domain experience … that allows for the facts to be examined … in relation to a specific and measured world experience. Its an interesting case-study … of an UNESCO named world heritage experience. It awaits the elitist … to discover it … no doubt for his personal pleasure.
