Its a contact sport

The movie ' Funny Lady ' showcased a lady in a situation of being in contact with all her blooms. What may be new in the world's affairs is a man in the management of all his marbles. It would indeed be an achievement. But an even greater event would of course be the trade of the blooms and the marbles between the man and the woman.

They do this in a notional environment in which the physical reality of the world is accepted as unchanging and without beginning. Such qualities are intrinsically mechanical … and apply themselves to the activity at hand. They pursue a course that is freely adaptable … and may break down without notice … in order to mutate … like elements in a periodic table. However as a living unit of creation … man has to devise a way of engaging nature … that is consistent with his physiology.

The organization of human society is founded on needs.We therefore mitigate the mind of the mechanical in us … in order to prioritize the needs of the passion … where this engages childbirth … nurturing … and undertakes it in an equal playing field. What is the key? That's the question man has been pursuing in his recent experiences … to understand the evolutionary zeal and its objectives.

The Halls of Valhalla open with the sound of the great horns the Vikings blew … to set aside all other … pre-occupations. It was a cut-off point for the passions that are constantly accumulating in our bodies … and will in the course of days or weeks … block off the active nature of the mind … that brings itself to new tasks. It is no doubt a normal thing to do … when we look back at our achievements … and pause to savor the moment. It gets tiresome however … when we rest on our laurels.

Its here that we come to a new lesson on the issues in these times. In a spontaneous condition … the mind is fabricating forms of thought … that lead us to activity … and serves the continuity of purpose. The reason we pause is in order to get a feel for what's going on … that adds to our knowledge of the situation. We learn as we do. In this regard man appears to have created a specialization of skills … with the woman contributing to the feel … and the man to take cognizance of the view.

Certainly the way a woman brings matters to a feel … engages body and mind … combined with the sweet fragrance of her personality. The point would therefore be for the man to see past the mire of sexuality ... and to understand the message she is intimating. That would be the proper teamwork we engage as husband and wife … and implies a certain fluidity in the relationship.

In Macbeth … the intimations of the wife … of the gory visions she saw … were in retrospect … incredibly accurate of the fate of the King. And it evolved from his own actions in the relations … if we could call it that. But she had lost contact with him … when his ambition became the lead driver … and he engaged the black arts for his ends. What the wife saw as a result … was a man whose ambition killed their love and team … and thereafter the husband's attempts to deny that his life was founded on the love the teamwork produced.

He sought to overcome death … by the suggestion that his love had died … and to prove that a man is stronger without it. It brought him to the place of the intrinsically mechanical … in which he raised his cognizance of fighting skills as the assurance of survival … in the evolutionary zeal. In the old days it would have been the source of the predator. In today's youthful parlance … the man became a geek … albeit the beauty of his form. The dictionary defines a geek … among others … as a carnival performer.

Macbeth began his own show … and his fate was sealed ... when he killed his friend Banquo.  He lost the one thing a thinking man relies on for his reflection of himself … a good friend … who speaks his mind. In sharing the eros natures … our relations with another man is as a good friend or the worst enemy … and the level of contact gets closer or further apart with the growth of the mind. In killing Duncan ... Macbeth murdered his governor ... and in slaying Banquo ... he killed his intermediary to God.

What is the role of the friend … in the life of the team? That's a question both the husband and wife will have to examine and answer … if they wish to save the love in their teamwork. In today's world … a new Shakespeare … would have written the story of a woman … who thought her husband was too fond of his friend … and sought to make him … all her own. That would have important lessons for all … particularly when that friend is a son in the family.

The point we discover today … is that a friend is some one in the flesh … not an esoteric mystery of creation that satisfies our every want from the gnosis. We need to make the effort … and to overcome issues related to sexuality … if we expect to find that elusive reflection … of ourselves … in the good faith of another. And like the funny lady … gentlemen are playful. Its like contact sport … and we all learn to roll with the push and shove.
