Chap 4 Sophia's Home Coming

A Chapter by Dayran
"

A Journey Around the World

"

The body of light … referred to as the astral body ( body of the stars ) … in some literature … seeks to be stable in its experiences … and befriends the passions to represent itself. However … while the light qualities are cool and subtle … the passions are fiery and gross. It is an unlikely marriage … and the on off relations between them … forms the basis of human relations in the world.

As the body of light travels around the world's experience … in the jivan reincarnations … it undergoes many transformations. In some locations … it does the work of refining the passions … in others … it refines itself … into an experience of understanding … in the mind. Figuratively … it represents the experience of Lemy … and his two children Loher and Dies. Their mother is the expressive lady Sophia. Early bards represented the relation as the family of Siva or Zeus.

The female aspect of its experience is the active part and takes the initiative for the process of cultivating the union with the passions. It is perceived to do this through the processes of thought ( Sohme )… internal dialogue ( Sophy ) and physical representation ( Sophia ).

In the Sohme form … where it begins … it forms a loose alliance with the passions … and is able to understand the world in a sub-conscious way … but stays loyal to its individual experience … communicating socially … to Lemy as its male component. This is the epitome of the men of the cloth who claim to serve the world's purpose … and are in some cases … referred to as the bride of Christ or of God.

In the experience of the internal dialogue … the two sons of Lemy and Sophia … take the initiative to confront new experiences … and undertake an active nature of discussion between themselves. Loher takes the part of the mother and Dies … the father. In the active nature of social interaction that this entails … it brings a theosophy to the thoughts of their parents … who grow into an sophistication of their relations as male and female aspects of the human experience.

In the final part of the process … Sophia … who has grown into a strong philosophy of her thoughts with her male … brings her passions out into the open … and into the physical relation with open society … expressing itself in government … business … and the cultural identities. It is based on the cooperation and collaboration of the body of light … and makes for a spritely … motivated … and positive nature of experience. Her male aspect observes … refines … and makes spontaneous responses where necessary.

It is also in the third part of the process that Lemy faces the greatest physical test of physiology to his understanding of the issues … and may be subject to trial by combat … to prove the true. The injuries sustained in such encounters … leave a mark in the individual … and thereafter … Lemy retires back to the Sohme location … to reorganize … re-cultivate … and re-order his thoughts … before emerging again into the world's experience.

The cyclical nature of the process … is observed to be experienced as 2000 year periods … in the history of the world. Obviously … along the way … there are many new developments … to which he responds as improvements to philology and extrapolation of issues. In that he engages the jivan lives and society … along the way … to support him in his cause.

In coming to such a view … I am of the persuasion that I am in a Sohme location … in my own life's orientation … to re-learn and to re-cultivate anew. I must say it has been a considerable learning experience ... the union between light and the passions … comes full circle … into a lightsome union of purpose with itself.
