A Filial Relation

The Human Bond Series : I

In the practice of a constitutional monarchy the people elect leadership into office for 5 year periods. Accordingly the experience of an organizational relation with self governance is for brief periods in the lifetime of the individual.  As a substitute the people defer to the royal family for a greater sense of relation. In that they are coming to share something more than elected officialdom … they are relating to family.

 

The idea behind the democratic ideal is certainly a good one. It provides equal representation in government that is by the people and for the people … however it does not bring into relation a link with the absolute nature of the universe. Royalty by its traditions of descending from the Gods provides that link and identifies with the life and nature of the citizen.

 

There are strong arguments for and against the practice of the royal idea. Each may well be valid from a specific perspective … however society sources itself from the family and the constitutional royal idea reflects that in the filial identity of the nation. Its expected to build a greater stability of the social experience … and speaking for myself, I'll have to say its indispensable for the development of the individual idea.

 

The governance of societies has a long history. Its beginnings are often in regard to tribes and the subsequent unification into nationhood. It contains well established traditions that are passed down from generation to generation. It retains an experience of continuity in society that is tangible and is relied upon in raising families.

 

The concerns of security and welfare of the people may be financially covered by social security but it does not present a face to the human experience of the individual. Human qualities rely on the social nature of leadership and by extension the social nature of the divine forces they relate to. It helps a man feel his nature and it enjoins him in a brotherhood in which he shares in a consensual practice of optimization for the self enhancement of everyone. .

 

The development of mind in a society that is high on human values against societies that are formed for other priorities presents a discernible difference to the observer. The human experience indicates a high cohesiveness however the society of other priorities may well represent a high strategic orientation to success.  Together its a winning combination … where such a union may be possible.
