The Morning AfterA Story by DayranThe Tools of Mysticism Series : VIIThe son of man has no place to rest his head … is a popular saying in respect of the work of humanity. In connection with the events its possible to see why. Beyond the age of dragons, witches, angels and archons the waters of creation come today to a new standard, one that is rooted in common sense.
We wake on the morning after to shake off the dreams of the years gone by. Our minds are like mirrors unaccustomed to the dredge of petty desires … our hearts like the stretched wings of the dove, fly into the blue yonder to glimpse into the mysteries still unfolding.
In the state of existence of America and the world, we see a situation similar to man versus the universe. Its a new world, one in which we are limited only by the measure of the joys we bring to the hopes for the future. We dream as a task so that we may live them.
The possibilities for the future beckon … love between man and woman blossoms as the man brings blooms for the vase of the woman, children growing up with the expectation of promises find in our societies the wisdom of parents to guide them in their achievement, governments that center their priority on the transforming natures of man, man and woman exchanging roles in the home and at work and our communication with the world on the web our knowledge of the self.
The divisions of man subside like the tides of the sea. In its place there rises a symphony of voices ... from a flute in India, an oboe in Moscow, a lute in China, guitar in the Americas, drums in Africa and the swaying hips of melodies in the middle-east.
We notice in this transformation that we had put the cart before the horse. We realize then that only in discovering the world and the possibilities do we correctly come to define the nature and personality of man, not before. The doors open before us … it is the grand lady come home to rest.
