A Bluetooth Day

The Complete News Series : III

I just came across the report of the International Journal of Dream Research on their conference in June this year in Virginia. Its incredible … it may be outside strict mainstream science … but the abstracts presented represents every area of interest at this time into the nature of mind and the man. The papers presented do have a strong academic background and I'm pleased to say better than UFO research.

 

I'm excited for one thing … its like talking to God /the father my entire life and saying we need this … to heck with conservatism … expand the borders of science. And it feels like my father agreed. Isn't that something? I'm not an emotional man but I went out and bought a bluetooth … the future is here darling!

 

Its 61 pages so I recorded the titles with a short note on my cell and spent the whole day at meals, with my friends and at the cafe, going over the details on the bluetooth. Something about the bluetooth sticking out my ear with strobe lights peaked the interest of my friends, especially those from India. Not just that, I went to the bank and picked up looks from passersby, drivers on the road and girls!

 

To tell the truth, I haven't had this much attention since the day I got married. It was getting to me … visions of being the great neo-classical … way ahead … and being on the hop on things. But it went even further. It may have mixed up with my feelings on the conference abstracts but … dare I say it? … I had felt like a genius at a young age … eventually I managed to regulate it in favor of the practical man … but here it was.

 

Suddenly without warning, I picked up a bad throat infection and it shut everything down. In the slowdown my mind pursued possibilities for the future and … by the saints … I managed to derive the rational of the Rama family as archetype definition of the world. And I did it with no other instruments, other than a calm cool body mind and rationale. Completely self-sufficient.

 

As I write this I'm dealing with my own inquiry about how far I should go. My options are clear … I have committed to the human definition and  I figure I'm staying right here. The surf may be up … but I don't think I'm looking for speed. The view from the beach is just fine.
