Being in Touch

Being in Touch

A Poem by Dayran

The man said it might be some fun

And enthused all to fall in love

The start of life divine.

We meet up with its effects now

Some good and then some not so great

Has become sweet sour hence.

To this the man said life's a sport

And so we lived life as a game

So far the score is even.

But the greatest prize to be won

Is a sweetness yet to be reached

It promises much more than sport.

The heavens sigh, its dreams to tell

To mix magic with love sporting

And see its secrets in plain view.

Truth like none other

Takes some doing to get it right

It's right there calling us to look.
