A Home in the World

A Home in the World

We met here sweets before today

Speaking of dramas and visions

Desires of dreams.

Then the winters came and you left

Seeking more than words can convey

The tale of life yours as.

I traded Walden pond for you

Lived in its waters as the home

Wishing as I passed the days.

To speak to you of more than words

Climbed life's peaks and deaths unruly pits

I'm here now more than words convey.

We'll raise dreams with imaginin'

Build a home with a blazing hearth

To manifest life's progeny.

We'll do it evermore

For such is the size of our love

My worn cup awaits a refill.
