Two Toes Thomases - Prologue

Trust manages faith. In such a situation, trust has to be completely unshakable. It has to be in a sense absolute. The man I have named as Two Toes Thomas is not God but it may be possible to view him a little as a Godfather, the way a man is appointed as Godfather to a child. That's the man we hope to relate to as the basis of trust.

In the human lexicon a man who is disfigured is dismissed from being viewed as a stable representation of man. Accordingly any and all matters that emerges from his perception of life is suspect to his biased experience of two toes. For instance if he produced shoes a person can be certain that such shoes cannot be worn by man whose feet has ten toes.

In a curious representation of the experiences of the denizenry of the universe and world, it appears to me that we have by our collective will appointed Two Toes Thomas as the person in change. However it is heartening to note that he does this with his friend the Human Tie. This helps to create some rationality in human affairs.

Is rationality the all qualifying criteria for life? I think not. In the cultivation of life we need both the human and non-human and hence both rationality and irrationality. However over the course of our lives we attempt to organize the irrationality into passions that produces a quality of feel to lfe.

Then there's Rye with his two sisters. Rye has learnt that what one sister says is the truth of the other sister and vice-versa. They speak for each other. Hence Rye is also the principle of non-form in our lives, the way the universe was before creation.

Oh … then there's Guy. Guy is not God but thinks he is. He may have been gay and then thought he might move on. Guy has a mother who is Fatperson. Fatperson is actually two persons, one is a lady and the other is a playboy. They don't get along. Okay … who's left … right, there's Law ...Law is not God. He is not even a man. He thinks he's a mountain. I don't know why.

There's the Kings, two of them. Pretty sharp dressers and they carry a big stick. Finally there's space. That is the key to Two Toes Thomas. Don't expect too much rationality from him. He created all these simply to make space for what we want to do. Thereafter Ma came and organized the life. That's it. That's 10 persons in the human cause.
