These days psychologist speak as much of emotional quotient ( EQ ) as they do Intellectual Quotient ( IQ ). In  Organization of Management, companies have in recent years discovered bottom-up management that has made trade unions virtually a thing of the past. Socially, our concerns about the mother earth, Gaia has brought benefits such as the preservation of the environment and a greater concern about our long-term resources. This trend points to a new appreciation of the body in the engagement of our physiology.

However, there are folks who have practiced EQ expertly for centuries whether they realize it or not. Such persons bring to their mind a comprehensive perspective of issues but on account of specific responsibility at the job, re-arrange their priorities to narrow their concerns. Such persons are not unfamiliar with issues but lack the practice.

As they view the activities of government, corporate leadership and social-cultural practices they bring an informed opinion to issues. However in some cases, they need to understand the nature of specialization of skills and faculty among the many people in the world. Our studies of evolution indicate such specialization among anima but stops short of the human experience.

An Indic saying says, the fruit has as much a need to give as the root has to receive. But in projecting itself as the giver, the fruit gathers the pride of output and does not share in the taste and enjoyment of itself. Here is where the new studies of EQ come in. Universities, such as Harvard offer this as an online program today.

In many ways the body's management involves techniques. These include exercise, breathing, diet and personal grooming. In these times, the pharmacies have developed a wonderful supplement in the extract of Gingko Biloba that

offers benefits in many physiological applications. Like Ginseng its an effective food supplement.

In the Indic cultural practice, they have traditionally referred to such persons with a highly developed EQ as Kalvans. They are the proverbial romantic playboys of the world. It comes from good health and as Aristotle said, ' a healthy mind in a healthy body.'
