Its the decorum that came to be established as social ethos in civilized societies. We continue to provide our attention to it and find that it is a necessary part of our experience of virtue. In a deeply personal context, this rule has a specific application. As the male applies himself for a greater achievement, his conscience rests with the assurance that he had given an opportunity to the ladies first.

 

The importance of this is realized much later in subtler and subtler experiences of what is true in our love relations. It is not a point for a man to feel doubt about his actions or how that relates to our relation with beauty and the continuity of life.

 

In providing an opportunity to the ladies, our experiences to-date finds that they bring the all to the peaks of beautitude. This strives for the fulfillment of life's ambitions but it stops short of the rigor and fortitude it takes to experience a path of thorns, a burning at the stake and a general meltdown of all that humanity holds dear.

 

In substituting for the woman in the effort, the man gains from an important insight. In the way she undertook her tasks, the man observed the obvious pitfalls and the extra force needed. This he engages when the ball is passed to him and brings it to completion.

 

There has never been any doubt that a man's achievements are undertaken with the full and volitional partnership of the women, no matter how that help may appear to have been provided.

 

There are two aspects of the mind in the way the different genders come to engage themselves. There's the mind of reason, founded on physical experience engaged by the man. And then there's the body mind, founded on the premise of love, stored by the women. I would be hard pressed to say which is more.
