He lived in a place where three rivers came to join as one. History records the period as the age of Sangam ( confluence). Obviously things came together quite naturally for such an individual.

I encountered the passion of such a life recently in my thoughts. I imagined this individual living his life with the view of the sky and the stars and the way that he came to create an affirmation for all things in creation. He was discovering for the first time and it must have filled his senses with a wondrous feel of being one with everything in the pulse of a life that seemed to beg for the pleasure of the touch and the caress of affection.

Children who grow up in a happy environment always seem to point to the incredible intelligence of the father who brought them into the world. In much the same way the man by the river must have looked to the creator as the most benevolent individual in his life.

Where the individual had hoped for many new experiences, on the basis of his impulses, he must have encountered the possibility of all things. In such a rich tapestry of possibilities he must have woven a fabric of passions that came to be a durable part of the experience of civilization today. This creates a call to all of us today and we seek the experience of the all as the one true reality.

As we get even more firm in our experiences of the possibilities, so does our expectations in the heart of our passions. But at the times when we are no longer sure, we view such possibilities as delusional and we reject it in favor of the practical. Where we come to rediscover the delusional as simply possibilities again, we become aware of a life in the universe that is incredibly big. Perhaps too big for us to try to view it all in one lifetime.

The field of the delusional and the nature of created matter; two partners in an endeavor that we call the living experience.
