Simple Oblivion

This is a poem back from my when I was in high school. I decided to make this my first post due to this being one of my early writings I still enjoy to this day. Enjoy

Love, Hate, Pleasure, and Pain

Is this all forgotten in the end?

Or is it unified into one simple emotion?

Good, Evil, Life, Death

Are they discarded into the universal wastes?

Or can they combine to create a simpler reality?

The Beginning. The End

Do they ever reach their epiphany?

Or do they create an unknown middle of neither nor?

Oblivion

Is it truly nothing?

Or absolutely something?
