For Aleks... Friendship <3

This is a poem i wrote for a dear friend as she was going through a rough time.

when you cry, I will play the clown and make you smile.

When one of your tears fall, I will catch it.

You are my friend, and for that i will be by you for Eternity.

Friends make life bearable, so share your burdens with me.

I will help you shoulder pain, and embrace you when your down.

So trust in me as I won't let you down....

I wish i could take the pain away, just to see you smile.

I wish i could change the past, to give you a brighter present and future.

I wish for many-a-thing right now, but they are all for you.

Despite what I want, I can't change the world, so I simply hope that now when you need,

I can make your burden lighter.

I hope that much like the sun, I can make your day brighter...
