Deceiving eyes

The mirror lies to her
She only sees what others don't.

They claim she is beautiful
but they do no know the real her.

She's hideous
and the scars are no help,

You're never good enough.
Try harder.

Honestly she's beautiful,
really.

Just she'll never see
what everyone else does.

She has no pride
and some are frightened for her.

I must say though that
she is okay so far.
